WITHIN EGYPT
Returns are available within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition, with the tags on and in the pouch they were shipped in. simply email us: support@ownthetrend.ca

FAULTY ITEMS
We are sorry that you have received a faulty item, please contact our team with photos and order number and we will advise you on the next steps.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if returning your item(s).
REFUNDS
For full-priced items ordered in Egypt using single-payment credit cards, refunds will be processed 48 hours after receiving the items and will show up in your bank account within 10-14 business days depending on the bank processing time. Please check with your bank for details on refunds processing time.
EXCHANGES
