At Own The Trend, we want you to love your sunnies. In line with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
You may return your unworn sunglasses in their original condition, with swing tags and packaging intact, within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method (bank transfer for prepaid orders or cash for COD orders) within 3–5 business days, not exceeding 14 business days.
Please note: items returned with makeup, scratches, or lens smudges cannot be accepted.

Exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
If the new style is unavailable, you may choose a full refund instead.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Faulty/defective returns include free return shipping.
Returns and exchanges due to defects, errors, or damages are free of charge.
For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
All OTT sunglasses come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This does not cover: normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, lost screws, snapped temples, fading, nose piece/frame deterioration, or accidental damage.
