RETURNS 



WITHIN THE UAE

Returns are available within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition, with the tags on and in the pouch they were shipped in. simply email us: support@ownthetrend.ca

INTERNATIONALLY

Returns are available within 14 days of delivery. Items are only accepted if they’re in the same condition and in the pouch they were shipped in. Returns need to be shipped back by you via a courier of your choice. Shipping costs are not covered by OTT. To make a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at support@ownthetrend.ca with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return.
  2. Once our team have confirmed and provided the return address, pack your item(s) and invoice into a box.
  3. On the airway bill please include your invoice number and note "Return shipment to UAE”. Mail your return using your carrier of choice.
  4. Once your parcel is shipped, kindly e-mail a copy of your Airway Bill to support@ownthetrend.ca along with your order number.

REFUNDS

For full-priced items ordered in the UAE/International using single-payment credit cards, refunds will be processed 48 hours after receiving the items and will show up in your bank account within 5-7 business days depending on the bank processing time.

ps: (Cash on Delivery are refunded as an OTT voucher as soon as the return is approved)

 

EXCHANGES
