WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Egypt.
CAN I ORDER A FEW PAIRS AND TRY THEM ON WHILE THE COURIER WAITS?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer try-ons during delivery, as couriers are not allowed to wait — this delays shipments for other customers.
However, customers are allowed to:
✔️ Open the package while the courier waits
—to confirm the item is correct and not damaged.
❌ Trying on the sunglasses is not allowed during this step.
What you can do:
You’re welcome to order multiple pairs and keep your favorites.
If any don’t work out, you may return them within 14 days as long as the items are:

unworn

undamaged
-
in original condition
-
with all tags and packaging
This gives you a risk-free try-on experience while ensuring fast and smooth deliveries for everyone.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SHIP TO?
We offer express shipping across Egypt.
If your area is not serviceable, you will receive an email notification and an automatic refund will be processed.
WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE BEFORE ______?
Orders are processed within 48 hours and delivered within 2-3 working days.
If you’re purchasing as a gift needed by a specific date, we recommend ordering early.
We cannot guarantee delivery before special occasions if the order is placed in the same month.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes. Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR ORDER?
Please email us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order.
Once an order has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we can no longer make changes or cancellations.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM BOUGHT ON SALE? (IMPORTANT & COMPLIANT)
According to Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, customers have the right to return products within 14 days, even if purchased during a sale or promotion — as long as the product is:

in original condition

with all packaging and tags
Therefore:
✔️ Sale items can be returned within 14 days for a refund
✔️ Or exchanged
