FOR ALL ORDERS
A confirmation email will be sent to you once you place an order. Please make sure you provide a correct shipping address and phone number to avoid any delays with your shipment. Orders with missing phone numbers cannot be processed.
2-3 attempts of delivery will take place for each shipment. If the attempts failed due to unavailability or rejection of order then a full delivery charge will apply as a RTO (Return to Origin) charge.

(Our distribution centre is located in Egypt / OWNTHETREND provides free shipping within Egypt). All orders are typically processed between 1-2 business days.

Once your order is fulfilled by our fulfillment centre you will receive an email notification with your tracking link.
Shipping Address Amendments
If you would like to amend your shipping address, please contact us immediately by email (support@ownthetrend.ca).
However, we may not amend once the product has already been shipped.
