Delivery Fees

FREE delivery on all prepaid orders paid by card.

Our fulfillment center is located in Egypt. We currently ship within Egypt only.

Delivery Times

Orders are delivered Saturday to Thursday, 10 AM – 6 PM.

• Cairo & Alexandria — within 24 hours
• Delta & Canal cities — within 48 hours
• Upper Egypt — within 72 hours

For All Orders

A confirmation email is sent as soon as you place your order. Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct to avoid delays — orders without a valid phone number cannot be processed.

After your order is placed, Bosta will send you a WhatsApp message with your shipment details. Through this message you can:

• Confirm your order
• Reschedule your delivery
• Cancel your order if needed
• Track your shipment in real time

Each shipment includes 2–3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail because you are unavailable or the order is rejected, a fee of 120 EGP will be charged.

Packages may be opened in the courier's presence so you can verify the item. Try-ons are not permitted. Returns and exchanges must be processed separately.

Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with your tracking link.

Changing Your Shipping Address

To amend your shipping address, contact us by email at support@ownthetrend.ca as soon as possible and include your order number. Please note that we may not be able to make changes once the order has already shipped.
