FOR ALL ORDERS
A confirmation email will be sent once you place an order. Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct to avoid delays. Orders without a valid phone number cannot be processed.
After your order is placed, Bosta will send you a WhatsApp message with your shipment details. Through this message, you can:

Cancel the order if needed

Track your shipment in real-time
Each shipment includes 2–3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail due to unavailability or rejection of the order, a full delivery charge will apply as an RTO (Return to Origin) fee.

Our distribution center is located in Egypt. Own The Trend provides free express shipping within Egypt.
All orders placed before [insert cut-off time] are processed the same day.

Cairo & Alexandria → within 24 hours

Delta & Qena → within 48 hours

Upper Egypt → within 72 hours

Note: Packages may be opened while the courier is present to verify the correct item. However, try-ons are not permitted. Returns & exchanges must be processed separately.

Once your order is fulfilled by our fulfillment centre you will receive an email /WhatsApp notification with your tracking link.
Shipping Address Amendments
If you would like to amend your shipping address, please contact us immediately by email (support@ownthetrend.ca). Make sure to include your order number
However, we may not amend once the product has already been shipped.
