You have 14 days from the day your order arrives. Frames must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

🔄 Exchanges
Swapping for a different model or colour is easy; just tell us which frames you'd like when you fill in the form.

💵 Refunds
Once your return is approved, we send your refund by bank transfer within 3–5 business days.
